How do I book the venue for parties/private functions?

Why are the tables segregated?
Because we want to give you a more private and conducive dining experience. Its what they call restaurant dining at foodcourt prices!
Do we charge GST or service charge?
No. All prices you see on the menu are NETT.
Why does it seem like we have to wait quite long (average: 10min) for a plate of pasta?
Because we cook each plate of pasta individually on the spot to preserve the freshness! This also explains why you are able to "customise" your pasta! Made-to-order!
Do we have other branches?
Yes. Refer to CONTACTS page on this website.
Do customers have to wait to be seated?
No. It's free seating unless the place is full house, you are of course welcomed to wait around till someone is done with a table. Our friendly service crew will be more than happy to clear the table quickly for you.
Are customers required to pay first upon ordering?
No. Customers who dine in with us will be presented with the receipt after all food is served, then customers may proceed to the cashier for payment at your own time (before you leave the place that is!).
If a customer sits in our table, can he/she order food from another stall and dine in as well?
Yes, but we assume it is basic courtesy to at least order SOMETHING from us while sitting in our area. Our friendly service crew would be more than happy to serve you still!
Can one order our food but sits not on any of our tables?
Yes. Just place your order at the cashier directly (usually our service crew takes order from you at the table if you are sitting in our area) , when your food is ready, we will page you (you will be given a round coaster/pager) to come and collect.
Can I make a reservation?
Yes you may! Call +65 9825 0065 or +65 9882 5166 (daily 10.30am - 9.30pm). Reservation is encouraged to be made at least 30-45min before your arrival. Note that your table(s) will only be reserved for a maximum of 10 minutes before it will be let out to walk-in diners.
